About Barter House

Barter House is a team of integration producers with decades of field and post-production experience. We know the ins and outs of the industry and leverage this insight to create successful partnerships.

Nicole Havre

Founder & CEO

Before launching Barter House in 2015, Nicole was a producer on dozens of top cable, network and digital shows for ABC, CBS, Bravo, E!, BBC, MTV, Spike, VICE, VH1, Lifetime  and WE tv. With 17 years of experience in the industry, Nicole has priceless insight into what production companies and networks want. Now at the helm of Barter House, she oversees the agency’s growing roster of production partners and brands.

Nicole’s known for her calm presence amidst the chaos on set– a skill she practices daily while mothering her two fun and feisty daughters, aged one and four.

She’s proud that Barter House is woman-owned, because she believes that women can have successful careers and still be the moms they want to be. She’s an avid traveler and a collector of all sorts of knowledge, thanks to all the shows she’s worked on. When she’s not working, you can find her chugging coffee, baking cinnamon rolls, and scrolling Pinterest for new interior design ideas.

Jessie Middlesworth

Senior Integrations Producer

Jessie’s been in the entertainment industry since 2010 and has twelve years of experience as a producer. With a sweet spot for culinary competition, she’s been a (well-fed) challenge producer for the Bravo series Top Chef in both America and China, as well as Netflix’s Sugar Rush. True to her brand, it was on the set of Top Chef Junior that she found out she was pregnant with her firstborn and subsequently burst into tears when a little chef told her she’d be a great mom one day (spoiler: they were right).

She joined the Barter House team in 2017 and loves working with brands to develop their in-show exposure. Jessie’s a happy mother to four-year-old Mary Jo and two-year-old Ripley, who are very funny and not at all chill. In her free time, she loves tasting new pinot noirs, seeing live music, and daydreaming about her next trip to the Mediterranean.

Rebecca Saunders

Senior Integrations Producer

Becca’s been in the industry since 2009 with experience in sports, politics, PR, documentary, and reality TV. Before joining Barter House, she honed her skills as a producer on shows like MTV’s The Challenge and Bravo’s Below Deck. An avid researcher, her secret sauce is discovering new brands and matching them with the right shows.

Becca’s been an integral part of the Barter House team since 2019. After a full day of work, she’s probably watching documentaries on Bravo with a bowl of popcorn in her lap. She loves unhealthy vegan food, snowboarding, and paperwork. Yes, paperwork.

What to Expect with Barter House

  • As creative people, we thrive in the chaos of production. As experienced producers, we understand that if anything can go wrong on set, more often than not it does! Drawing from our industry experience, we bring a calm presence to every project. We know how to pivot.

  • We’re here to co-create your dream content, while still paying attention to the bottom line. We know that production involves unexpected costs and hiccups. That’s why we work hand-in-hand with producers and brands to make the process simple and stress-free.

  • We work closely with the production team to make sure the brands receive the exposure they deserve. While we can’t control the final edit, we set up brands for success with resources that you don’t find with most integration producers. In short, we do right by our brands and our shows.

  • We believe that production is better with women in the industry, and we’re proud to be a woman-owned company. We hire the best integration producers in the industry, many of whom are women or mothers.
